Director of Sales Operations

Job Summary

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within retail sales operations or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and optimizing retail operations within a DTC environment

  • Strong understanding of retail sales channels, including online marketplaces and brick-and-mortar stores

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting

  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting software tools
