Sales Manager

Job Summary

The organization is seeking a Sales Manager with 5-10 years of sales experience and a proven track record in strategic sales, negotiations, deal closing, & leadership.

  • Location: New York, NY

  • Industry Experience: Experience within commercial real estate and SaaS; ideally with early stage startup (seed-series B)

  • Ability to build and lead a team of Account Executives to help drive revenue, motivate the team to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, & ultimately meet customer needs

  • Ability to liaise between the Sales Operations Manager & Account Executives

  • Ability to coach & motivate a sales team to achieve results by empowering each salesperson

  • Candidate must have ability to excel in a startup environment.
